Who we are
Red Cross in Makhanda (Grahamstown) is the local branch of an international humanitarian organization.
We do humanitarian work, focused on the medical field and disaster response.
Introduction
Red Cross has been active in Grahamstown and now Makhanda for many years. During the Covid-19 crisis, our focus has been on food relief so far but as the crisis develops we will keep watching for further opportunities to make useful interventions.
